MORMODERN Property Group is an independently grown, commercial hospitality and property management company. We focus on the purchase of foreclosed / distressed commercial assets for renovation to prepare the property for sale or lease.  We care about our environment therefore our investment properties are renovated with biophilic elements and sustainable products. This reduces the development's carbon footprint and driven by energy efficiency, among other wellness benefits for the building and occupants. Our hospitality property specialty is small to mid-size restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, and multi-use venues.  We also offer loft rentals for mix-use purposes for special events, productions, photography and short-term residential rentals. 

In addition, we specialize in property management which increase building efficiencies, effective space utilization and optimizing property value.  This value-added service is designed to be a personalized management service to meet the needs of our clients.
